That depends on your personal circumstances. We can buy in a matter of days or several months, it's your decision.

Will anyone know about the sale?
No, it's strictly confidential.
Will you offer market value for the property?
Owing to constraints within the financial markets we are only able to offer up to 80% of your property's market value in return for a quick sale. Each property will be assessed on an individual basis.
