That depends on your personal circumstances. We can buy in a matter of days or several months, it's your decision.

That's fine, we can recommend one in your area.
Will anyone know about the sale?
No, it's strictly confidential.
Will you offer market value for the property?
No. We usually offer up to 90% of the market value. Each property is assessed on an individual basis.
If I need to raise funds, can I sell my property and rent it back?
Yes, in most cases this is possible.
