No, we are completely independent.
Where do you buy property?
We buy property in central and southern Scotland.
What types of property do you buy?
We buy all types of property.
What fees are involved?
There are no fees involved for buying your property. In most cases we pay for all expenses associated with the sales process.
How long does the buying process take?
That depends on your personal circumstances. Normally between four and eight weeks.
I don't have a solicitor?
That's fine, we can recommend one in your area.
Will anyone know about the sale?
Your details will only be shared with those professionals directly associated with the sale of your property.
Will you offer market value for the property?
Owing to constraints within the financial markets we are only able to offer up to 80% of your property's market value in return for a quick sale. Each property will be assessed on an individual basis.
